Warranty
Golden Ruby Barberry
TREES, SHRUBS, VINES, EVERGREENS & SHRUB ROSES. These are warrantied for one year from time of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the plant fails to grow under normal growing conditions and is planted in the ground and not in above ground containers. Money will be not be refunded on plant materials, if we are unable to replace the plant with the same plant, store credit will be issued.
Hardy Kopper King Hibiscus
PERENNIALS. These are guaranteed for one growing season, which is through October 31st of the year purchased. Replacement plants are not issued a new warranty. Failure to grow under normal growing conditions is the only reason a plant will be replaced. We are not responsible for weather or animal damage of plants.
ANNUAL AND TROPICAL PLANTS. These plants are sold without a warranty. We can not guarantee a plant once it leaves the store. Cobblestone Gardens & Market does believe in customer satisfaction and will consider any and all customer issues.
NON-PLANT PURCHASES. Hardgoods can be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase. Purchases will be credited in the tender form they were purchased with. Purchases made by check will be issued in the form of store credit.

HOLIDAY & SEASONAL MERCHANDISE. Once a holiday or season is over items are unable to be returned. Clearance and sale items are final sales and can not be returned. Any item that is sold for 50% off or more is not returnable and holds no warranty. These policies are not set in stone, as a small business we want to work with you to understand why your plant didn’t live, and make suggestions to ensure the next plant you chose fits the spot. We understand too, that perhaps you bought a birdbath and didn’t realize the color doesn’t fit your lifestyle. If you have a question just ask, we are here to listen and help.
